PROJECT DESCRIPTION

For this project, ACRD was tasked with the job of giving Gyprock Solutions’ Picton Hopkins Preston store a facelift. The layout of the store was completely altered and adopted a large and clear wayfinding program put together by the graphics team. This created a smooth journey for the customer, who might not only be visiting the store interior, but picking up items from the loading bay.

Gyprock’s colour palette became the hero of the new design, bringing to life the previously underwhelming street facing facade with the Gyprock red and lifting the atmosphere of the store interior with a dynamic white and charcoal combination. Custom infographics were produced for certain areas where chunks of information would go unread and a new style of ticketing was created to allow for clear and intuitive communication.
